About The Role

The Gaming Commercial Executive will be responsible for providing assistance to the Gaming Commercial Manager in the day to day performance and optimisation of our Gaming lobby and of Table and Slot products. This includes testing and refining new  platform and lobby features and developments; maintaining a market leading content roadmap, and regular testing and optimisation of existing tools to create an optimal experience on site.

The role will also involve activity to support the exposure, optimisation and recommendation of existing and new content to maximise customer experience and subsequently value. There will also be regular analysis and reporting required to the wider gaming team, both self driven and under the direction of the Commercial Manager.

Acting in the day to day optimisation and maintenance of all areas of the site, ensuring the toolset we have is fully utilised, maintained and regularly updated to reflect customer preferences and trends, in line with brand pillars and strategic approach. There will also be requirements to derive these preferences via QA testing of new features, and A/B testing of existing features, insight from which will help maintain a best in class lobby.

The role benefits from a keen interest in online slots & games, as will require regular competitor analysis and review of content supplier roadmaps to take the best content and provide gap analysis to optimise existing product offerings. The role also requires someone who is analytically minded and make data driven decisions when reviewing Slots and Site performance, and interactions, to maximise the end to end customer experience and help contribute to Gaming targets. An understanding of how to identify a game with potential relevant to the target audiences of our brands, is a key advantage.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Use of relevant BI tools to conduct short and longer term analysis on game and supplier performance, to monitor, highlight and report on releases or any risks/successes.
  • QA testing of new and existing platform features, A/B testing where relevant and providing insightful feedback and following up any issues to resolution
  • Help establish and execute delivery of the roadmap for the Gaming brands in line in brand identities.
  • Regularly analyse game performance as well as onsite performance to steer future content selection and optimisation of current mix
  • Analysis of clicks into games, tabs and other site metrics to suggest and action optimisations to the Gaming lobbies
  • Proactively work with Gaming Promotions, Cross Sell and other internal teams to ensure successful marketing of key content and features.
  • Create daily, weekly & monthly reports and presentations with relevant insight and commentary
  • Undertaking competitor and supplier roadmap reviews to perform gap analysis that will enhance the Gaming roadmap.
  • Supporting customer service teams with pain points and escalations where issues can be allieved through escalation to suppliers or improvement of on site journeys
  • Liaise with the testing team to ensure games are scheduled and can be released successfully according to plan.
  • Position new and existing releases on site in line with process to optimise performance, meet contractual obligations and realise potential of under-performing games.
  • Review player account activity and contact game providers for verification on large wins to approve withdrawals.
  • Creating emails and on site messaging to promote and upsell new games, recommending appropriate content to the right target audiences to increase revenue and GGR.
  • Prepare Weekly Trading slides – presenting game release performance, and any related opportunities for further growth
  • Attend weekly Trading meetings on behalf of the Gaming Casino Commercial Manager
  • Support the creation of the Gaming Brands roadmap in line with the Gaming Casino Commercial Manager, making adjustments and relevant recommendations where required
  • Provide Information to in house personalisation tools to support the personalisation strategy
  • Support of the Casino Commercial Manager in any ad hoc tasks where required.


What we need from you:

  • Confident and used to working on their own with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with multi tasking and working in a fast moving, high performing team
  • Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution in daily work
  • Excellent knowledge of the online gaming industry and competitor products
  • Previous Knowledge of interactive Games and Games suppliers
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail
  • Proven analytical and numerate skills, Google and Adobe analytics advantageous
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong team work ethic
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience of using lobby management and creative briefing tools
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI skills, to manipulate, analyse, drill into and present data and insight
