We are seeking a Programmatic Executive who will be responsible for delivering innovative programmatic media campaigns in line with best practice guidelines to drive brand uplift  and business objectives. You will execute and optimise digital brand display & video campaigns in order to drive increased reach, conversions and campaign efficiencies. You will be part of Performance Marketing team and you will be reporting into the Programmatic & Display Manager, but also closely working with Ladbrokes and Coral Brand Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise brand Programmatic budget.
  • Monitor targets and optimise budget allocations, while driving higher reach, conversion rates at lower CPA.
  • Providing regular insightful reporting.
  • Working with the Ladbrokes and Coral Brand & Programmatic Team to aligned strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns including:
    • Campaign trafficking (AdOps) – creative produced by in-house team
    • Programmatic media buying and optimisation (primarily DV360) and other platforms. Continually developing tactics to find gains in efficiency.
    • Campaign reporting, working closely with our data and analytics team members to strive for improved visibility of media performance across the business.
    • Creative reporting and optimisation. Thinking commercially about our audiences and USPs that resonate, running tests, optimising and briefing new creative routes to maximise performance.
  • Manage day-to-day internal relationships with internal teams such as brand marketing, gaming team and promotional teams.
Specialist skills and experience
  • 1+ year programmatic media buying experience (Ideally DV360)
  • Proficiency in Ad Operations (DCM) to generate tags, implement various tracking paraments and manage creative rotation.
  • Experience in the day to day management of programmatic media buying for campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Sound analytical skills, you are passionate about digital marketing and ROI.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and are comfortable with change and solving problems.
