The role in a nutshell:

 The HR Advisor is responsible for delivering a proactive and flexible HR service, providing relevant and appropriate support to all employees, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures.
You will be working closely with line managers to provide professional, commercial, timely and accurate support to their teams and ensure a fair, appropriate, and consistent approach to company policies and procedures. The role will also be responsibility for promoting a positive working environment, supporting the business with growth and employee engagement whilst managing and minimising organisational risks.

 The role will also be involved in delivering a variety of HR initiatives and projects, supporting corporate processes cascaded from the centers of excellence. 

What you will be doing:

●Define and/or deliver local and global HR initiatives across the business, acting as an ambassador for the People function.
●Deliver and contribute to defining the Employee Relations strategy. Ensure HR processes are understood by both managers and employees.
●Work with the Talent Team and other Centres of Excellence to deliver the Global People Strategy in Sofia
●Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to all employees in relation to absence, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational change and employee relations matters.
●Support managers with the effective and efficient performance management of their teams, identifying and facilitating appropriate interventions through the performance management processes.
●Guide managers through employee relations cases in real time, intervening and steering in the appropriate direction taking account of governing policies, employment law, best practice, and precedent.
●Provide professional advice and solutions in managing changes of terms and conditions of employment, ways of working and other employment changes.
●Responsible for the management of the probationary review process throughout the Sofia offices, ensuring key stakeholders complete reviews in an accurate and timely manner.
●Take ownership for any projects or initiatives as directed by HRBP and provide general support for work required/requested
●Champion on-boarding.
●Champion culture change and employee engagement within the location.
●Fully comply with applicable employment/country laws and company policies in their work
●Get involved with other projects either on a local or global level, in line with the Entain People strategy.
 
What we are expecting from you:
 
●Generalist HR experience, including employee relations within a fast paced HR environment min 3 years
●An up to date and general working knowledge of Bulgarian employment legislation
●HR Qualification/Accreditation/ CIPD qualified (or similar)
●Business acumen with the ability to understand BU strategy and goals
●Excellent command of English
●Written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence, reports and employee relations documentation
●Ability to write and present information on HR metrics
●Experience in leading projects and implementing new initiatives

●Experience and knowledge across the full range of HR disciplines

●Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
