The Head of Retention and Brand Analytics will be focusing in 3 main areas:

  • CRM Analytics
  • Geodemographic Analytics
  • ATL Measurement for UK Sports & Gaming

Leading the CRM Analytics team you will be responsible for shaping the CRM strategy with the delivery and deployment of analytical driven insight. You'll be leading the optimisation of promotional spend for retention, reactivation and cross sell. This includes real-time CRM optimisation, as well as Gaming Brands.

You will also be driving the agenda of geodem analytics and educate the business on how to use the new insights.

Furthermore, you will be heavily involved in the measurement of retention in ATL media, as well as how ATL CRM campaigns are performing and their ROAS.

What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):

  • Best practice delivery of customer insight solutions in segmentation, predictive analytics, and multi-channel personalisation
  • Ensuring return on investment analysis of new CRM approaches and tools are completed, with feedback on analysis provided
  • Shaping of predictive analytics and segmentation and their use in CRM.
  • Management of analytics and CRM programmes associated with player harm, source of funds and player fraud
  • Implement and drive analytical projects through to delivery and embed them within the organisation
  • Use scientific research to test, learn and optimise on the key areas of focus
  • A strategic and inspiring leader that provides leadership and direction to the team creating and embedding a culture where continuous improvement is embraced. A leader that mentors and develops the team by; providing development, coaching, objectives and goal setting, performance management and other people policies as required ensuring the team is motivated, productive and fully compliant with all regulations and legislation

What we need from you:

  • MSc in a Marketing and Analytics subject
  • Previous experience Leading CRM and Analytics teams for well-known brands.
  • Senior Marketing professional with extensive experience in Analytics Customer Strategy and Business Intelligence
  • A CRM specialist with a track record of leading teams and driving value from customer data
  • Experience with applying advanced modelling skills to problems
  • Data Modelling techniques: familiar with dimensions and metrics
  • Articulate and confident when presenting the output of work
