The role in a nutshell:

As an ITSM Expert you will be responsible for development, continuous improvement and operational management of the following assigned ITSM processes, including planning and co-ordinating of all activities required to carry out, supervise and report on the processes:

  • License Management
  • Contract Management
  • Demand Management

Your main role will be to enable effective collaboration and efficient, reproducible procedures within all Technology relevant areas using determined methods in order to meet compliance and regulatory requirements, to minimize risks and work out competitive advantages.

Liaising with all parties involved in the process development lifecycle- all Technology relevant areas and key contacts in Operations and Business areas.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and prioritize License needs
  • Collaborate with Technology teams and Tech procurement to gather the information that is needed for building a base for HW and SW License management
  • Establish a lean License management process (HW and SW)
  • Evaluate status of Licenses and Contracts and coordinate activities on renewal/ decommissioning
  • Identify and integrate relevant systems and tools that can be utilized for keeping License data updated accordingly (e.g. for License audits, HW maintenance contracts)
  • Supervise the License limits and maintenance contract expiration dates
  • Implement automated reports and alerts
  • Work closely with the ITSM expert Config/ Asset/ Capacity management to match our business needs and enable accurate planning of HW and SW resources
  • Assist Tech Project management with planning HW and SW resources
  • Prepare reports and contribute to annual budget planning
  • Establish a lean Demand management. process
  • Propose KPIs and provide reports
  • Supervise the process flow and manage congestions and quality violations on a periodic basis
  • Communicate process updates to stakeholders and train current and new users in respective departments to increase overall efficiency
  • Govern processes and continuous improvement of ITSM processes, including the following:
  • License Management
  • Demand Management
  • Contract Management

What we need from you:

  • Excellent knowledge of Technology systems and tools (e.g. monitoring, DC, DevOps), tools capabilities and utilization of relevant tools
  • Long-term expertise in the field of Technology support and delivery, processes and/ or Technical Compliance
  • Familiar with contract terms in general, support and licence contract terms and agreements
  • A good level of understanding of controlling/ budgeting methods and terms
  • Excellent organizing and problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy
  • IT service management skills and ITSM certification (e.g. ITIL foundation)
  • Service and customer orientated person
  • Interpersonal skills, capable of communicating with cross-location and cross-functional teams
  • Driven, robust, self-motivated, delivery focused and to challenge and be challenged
  • Having the ability to persuade people to follow process and procedures
  • Analytical and reporting skills

Would be a Plus:

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
  • IT experience in an online gaming or e-business company
  • Experience of working in an agile/lean organization
