About The Role
Purpose of Role:

The first point of contact for all stakeholder issues and queries. Understanding the importance of issues and ensuring all tasks are prioritised and allocated effectively 

Ensuring key issues are escalated to the relevant teams and individuals, with Trading Control owning these issues on behalf of the Trading department

Monitor Trading Control tasks in real time to ensure all SLAs are being adhered to and raising to the Trading Control management team when not met.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • To be the first point of contact for Trading Control, across all communications channels
  • Oversee issues escalated to Trading Control, using knowledge and experience to identify potential major issues, specifically regarding issues impacting compliance and/or customer experience
  • Prioritise tasks for Trading Control and assign to the appropriate operators (across London and Sofia) along with key information around priority
  • Ensure all real time reports (such as follow ups) to be distributed, clear & concise and drive actions
  • Immediately escalate high-profile issues to the Senior/Manager on shift
  • Offer support and guidance to Trading Control Operators when carrying out tasks
  • Be the escalation point for Trading Control Operators for high profile issues
  • Ensure stakeholders of Trading Control (Trading, Digital and Customer Facing Functions) follow the agreed and process in the escalation of issues.
  • To ensure all issues, errors and defects and logged and prioritised and that the impact to Trading is understood by the wider business
  •  Ensure all processes/best practice is followed in order to sustain a consistent experience for customers

Specialist skills and experience

Essential:

  • 2+ years working in a Trading environment
  • Experience of incident management
  • High level Knowledge of Automated Trading Tools
  • Ability to be able to prioritise under pressure
