We are looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to join our creative team.
This role is a pivotal part of Wave, our internal creative agency, and helps us to build our creative strategic capabilities across the group working alongside some of the best creatives and marketeers in the industry. You will be providing strategic direction across our global brands and marketing campaigns ensuring they are executed to the highest standards across a variety of mediums and channels.
You will partner with both our creative and our marketing teams to push the boundaries above and beyond current industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategist to make their mark on a suite of brands with huge plans for 2022 and beyond.
What you'll be doing:
- Turning business strategy into creative strategy - as a springboard for great work
- Generating insightful briefs – you’ll have direct access to remarkable amounts of data before distilling it down for creative teams
- Challenging category standards and enabling best-in-class, integrated advertising – within the context of an ever-regulated industry
- Building and owning the creative strategic process from scratch - devising an agency way of working for our strategic and planning methodology
- Championing the strategic offering – you’ll be driving our planning reputation internally and pitching for projects against external agencies.
- Leading the strategic offering of our internal creative agency – contributing to and building Wave’s agency proposition
- Forensically examining our suite of brands - to understand marketeers’ aims and objectives
- Partnering with Project and Creative Leads - as well as the Global Head of Creative and Global Head of Creative Operations
- Occasional travel to the regions to inspire and collaborate with marketing and creative teams
