Reporting to the Gibraltar TA Manager, the role holder will be responsible for Recruiting the best quality people into the business, managing a range of stakeholders; hiring managers, candidates, HR business partners, 3rd party agencies, and working to support the Resourcing team in delivering a world class experience, focused on quality of service, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).

You’ll serve as trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers, providing a recruitment consultancy service.  This will mean taking thorough briefs, getting close to the business, developing a deep understanding of the requirements of your specialist area, having a good view of the external market/competition – and being able to provide an expert service to hiring managers and candidates to deliver high quality service and high quality candidates for Entain. The role will require relocation to our Gibraltar office.

 
Responsibilities-
  • Developing sourcing and attraction plans to ensure a healthy pipeline of quality candidates for Entains current and future requirements
  • Manage Hiring Managers expectations to ensure effective fulfilment of vacancies (prioritising the best sourcing method to fill the role, and balancing this with direct sourcing targets)
  • Speaking to candidates, shortlisting people, screening on the phone, managing expectations, giving feedback and taking ownership for the experience for all of the candidates in your pipeline, regardless of whether they are successful or not
  • Manage internal candidate applications carefully to ensure anyone at risk is well supported and given a fair opportunity through the selection process, in line with Entain’s policies.
  • Recruitment activity will include posting roles internally & externally, CV sifting, candidate phone screening, interview scheduling, shortlisting roles, organizing and running hiring manager briefings, facilitating hiring decisions, advising and negotiating with candidates on salary and start dates, facilitating a smooth onboarding experience
  • Engage with external talent through networking, researching, mapping, creating candidate pools
  • Work with and maintain the recruitment system with a high level of data integrity
  • Manage 3rd parties and preferred suppliers, where necessary (albeit focusing on direct sourcing)
  • Gather and use market intelligence wisely to help source candidates, and advise hiring managers on availability of talent, skills, salary benchmarking, competitor activity
  • Ensure the recruitment process engages and encourage a more diverse candidate population and educates the hiring managers on the importance of diversity and inclusion to Entain.
  • Giving advice on which assessment methods and tools to use depending on the requirement, and showcasing the options available to hiring managers within Entain’s assessment suite
  • Supporting the team, and taking a team approach to solving hiring challenges, not working in a silo
  • Flexible to support across the team with project work, and championing initiatives to help drive the entire function forward
 
Skills and Experience-
  • Experienced Recruiter, ideally having worked in-house or within an RPO for a large complex enterprise business
  • Recruitment experience within Tech/IT/Digital, as well as Service delivery and product/product management.
  • Articulate (verbal and written
  • Social and direct sourcing expertise (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and use of various channels, Chrome extensions and tools to research and hunt down candidate details)
  • Developed and maintained relationships in key leadership team & HR teams.
  • Essential that you have experience of working with/using applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems with a high level of data integrity.
  • Awareness of recruitment related regulations and implications for candidate and hiring manager processes
