Purpose of Role:

The Programmatic Media Exec is responsible for launching, executing, managing, and optimizing programmatic media campaigns using platforms such as Campaign manager, DV360 and Xandr. As a part of Performance Marketing Team, they will be working towards our monthly targets such as volume, CPA, and ROI targets. They will also cooperate with a variety of internal teams to deliver campaigns that align with the different Brand Tribe objectives (Acquisition/Retention/Promotion/Brand/etc.) The Programmatic Media Exec must be eager to learn emerging programmatic tactics and ad technologies in order to consistently deliver informed programmatic media solutions and overall innovation.

The role will suit someone who shows a real passion for making a difference in their team’s performance. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Strong candidates must have the ability to work both, autonomously and as a part of a team, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence others.

The role is based in Gibraltar.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Building and launching ongoing and burst programmatic campaigns activity around key sport events.
  • Responsible for coordinating work with Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Technical Departments.
  • Ensuring campaigns architecture setup and responsible for the trafficking of placements in different ad-servers/DSPs.
  • Responsible for providing analysis and optimization of the campaign’s performance in order to reach objectives.
  • Track Fraud and Non-Compliance, and execute correction plans.
  • Responsible for monitoring ad delivery across different platform and troubleshooting.
  • Taking ownership of activity with the end to end responsibility.
  • Accountable for brand front lines responsibilities such as ensuring all promotional materials presented to target audience are compliant with UK/EU codes, follow brand creative guidelines, ensure campaigns are not visible in unappropriated media inventory.
  • Responsible for optimising performance of media channel portfolio by setting creative, offer and promotion strategies in conjunction with brand promotional teams.
  • Responsible for identifying the target audience for each media campaign and selecting the most productive means in order to maximize volume and profitability of portfolio.
  • Accountable for being up to date with new industry trends and possibilities by researching on various data sources as industry’s magazines, researches, online and social media platforms.
  • Ensuring the company’s desired media message is seen and heard by the right consumers at the right time by monitoring the display media campaigns run accurately.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:

 
  • 1+ year programmatic media buying experience (Ideally DV360 or Xandr).
  • Proficiency in Ad Operations (DCM) to generate tags, implement various tracking paraments and manage creative rotation.
  • Experience in the day to day management of programmatic media buying for campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Sound analytical skills, you are passionate about digital marketing and ROI.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and are comfortable with change and solving problems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Appsflyer or other MMP – Advantage.
  • Strong sense of ownership, and ability to work independently.
  • Results driven and able to work in ordered and timely manner.
