About the role!

Work within the CRM team to execute targeted & personalised direct marketing campaigns, including real-time, event-driven and automated lifecycle campaigns

As a CRM Coordinator, your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Build, test & execute journey campaigns & audience segments within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Assist in the development of new & innovative automated programs
  • Work with the team to develop the weekly schedule to best compliment current sport &
  • racing events and business results
  • Analyse & optimise existing campaigns & programs and offer insights to assist in refining
  • content, segmentation, delivery channels & more
  • Create relevant content for Push, SMS & Email communications
  • Deliver & present key performance results, being able to synthesis and convey value in
  • campaigns & programs to wider teams across the business
  • Utilize best-in-market MarTech, including automated systems and analytics platforms
  • Monitor data feeds to ensure they are accurate.

Who we’re looking for:

You’re passionate about the customer journey & how data can be utilised to create not only a seamless customer experience, but highly successful direct marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in the execution of complex customer marketing programs across a variety of digital channels in both building the campaigns & audience segments. You’re a keen problem solver, eager to learn about data and in turn, contribute your enthusiasm to the output of a high performing team.

  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of digital direct marketing, including email and mobile marketing best practices
  • High attention to detail, including proofing & editing
  • Strong appreciation for data & understanding of complex data models
  • Quick learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points if you have

  • Understanding and experience with basic HTML, CSS, and SQL is preferred
  • A passion for sport & racing and a keen interest in the wagering is desirable
