About The Role
This is an exciting time for ENTAIN and we have big plans!
 
We’re looking for a ‘big picture’ thinker to join the Digital Business Development team. 
 
You'll need to be someone who can identify new opportunities across our markets and products to help us deliver on our growth ambitions. Using your knowledge as well as the competitive landscape, your role will be to explore different growth options and plans for Entain, both organic as well as partnerships and/or acquisition opportunities. 
 

The role is part marketing, part commercial, part project manager, and full-time collaborator. You'll need to be a strategic thinker, a great communicator, and bring a thoughtful approach to every initiative.

Additional Information
What you'll be doing: 
  • Work closely with the MD and the Business Development Director to identify, qualify, analyse, recommend and deliver growth opportunities for the business.
  • Act as first checkpoint in the assessment of new opportunities that are presented to the business.
  • Support the Corporate Development team in undertaking the assessment and due diligence of digital acquisition opportunities. Take a hands-on role in the post-acquisition on-boarding of newly acquired businesses into ENTAIN.
  • Develop and maintain a framework for identifying and evaluating new growth opportunities.
  • Carry out detailed research on each opportunity identified, using data and financial modelling to evaluate potential and ensure a good strategic and operational fit.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders across ENTAIN teams, including regional teams, technology and product, data, finance, legal, compliance, etc both to prepare business cases and present future opportunities.
  •  Identify and explore new emerging digital distribution channels that we could expand into and develop these opportunities into a structured and coherent business case.

What we need from you: 

  • Considerable experience setting, executing, and iterating a growth strategy
  • Experience scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention while limiting costs and maximizing lifetime value
  • Strong commercial background and data driven
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, cross-functional, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills and the ability to influence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to communicate findings in a compelling way to a variety of audiences, including senior executives
  • Driven to see ideas through to fruition with ambition and sensitivity
