About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Business Analyst to join our Gaming Performance team - a team responsible for providing analytical support for the wider casino group. 

Using your analytical experience, your role will be to monitor and improve the overall performance of one of our key business verticals and the many brands and markets within it.

This is a highly dynamic role, giving you great exposure to various data sources, and challenging you to understand behavioural trends behind the numbers. You'll need to be a commercial thinker, a great communicator, and bring a collaborative approach to the table.

What you will be doing
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for management when required in addition to daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Pro-active management and analysis of the vertical’s key KPI’s and present recommendations to management
  • Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
  • Conduct research and identify problematic areas to determine the best course of action to correct the data
  • Support CRM and acquisition teams with customer and on-site insights
  • Analyse the game portfolio across the different territories to improve group performance against targets
  • Analyse promotions and calculate ROI and give recommendations to the operations team
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Who you are 
  • Proficient in the use of SQL or similar languages
  • 1- 2 years experience in a Business Analyst role 
  •  Experience in reporting tools Tableau / Microstrategy / Excel or similar
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organisation, fostering strong cross-functional network
  • Familiarity with eGaming KPIs, terminology and business model is an advantage
  • Must have a mathematical background or have worked in an analytical role previously
