About The Role

We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst for our Digital Maketing team who is passionate on data driven marketing within our sports brand entity.

Within this role, you'll transform CRM data into reports and visualizations that drive business value, and help other departments, managers and executives make business decisions to optimize and improve CRM processes and efforts.

 
Your arena: 
  • Gather business and functional requirements and translate these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture
  • Developing and maintaining BI applications and solutions which deliver a single and trusted source for data and reporting to the business
  • Preparing and manipulating dashboards to tell a story, translating large, complex datasets to suit a range of audiences
  • Working closely with multiple departments within the organization to capture business requirements for new reporting metrics and KPI's
  • Compile data from various sources into a single, consumable, data set, including design and implementation of data models. Using SQL to handle large data sets and complex data transformations

 

Additional Information

Your entrance ticket:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and significant experience in Business Analysis or related technical experience
  • Advanced SQL experience, and confidence in using data modelling / ETL techniques, operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics, OLAP technologies, data modeling
  • Strong Analytics skills/background with a focus on Reporting
  • Experience with at least one relational database technology such as Oracle, Teradata, MySQL or MS SQL
  • Coding proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Ruby, Java, C# etc.) plus 
  • Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
  • Deep understanding of the best practice for data analysis & visualization platforms
