Purpose of role 
 
To be a trusted communication advisor, partnering with the business, ensuring they are supported with brilliant, first class communications direction and execution, impacting our employee experience. 

Helping leaders to give clarity and bring energy to their teams, the role holder will report into the Head of Internal Communications, and work closely with business stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of internal communications; strategic planning and counsel, compelling narrative, change communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities 
 
You’ll be a key member of the Internal Communications team, bringing your knowledge and influence to raise the bar for how leaders communicate with their teams and help to provide a world class experience for our people, measured by Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and employee engagement survey.

Day-to-day;

  • Demonstrate a solid knowledge of both Entain and People strategy and how they’re connected, to help drive understanding across the business through the communications you create
  • Make sure the Entain strategic narrative, tone of voice, visual approach and campaigns mean that we’re always connecting with our people in the very best way so that they can advocate for Entain
  • Actively build great relationships with internal communications and people team to develop a strong understanding of our priorities, challenges and audiences
  • Be a trusted advisor to the Internal Communications team, earning yourself and the wider team credibility across the People team
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to challenge and influence at all levels of the business in a positive and respectful way
  • Be a collaborative and supportive member of the Internal Communications team and also the People team, happy to muck in outside of your immediate role remit to drive the wider team’s success
