About The Role

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our IT Rollout team in Stratford / at home (pending restrictions) on a 6 month fixed term basis. You will provide administrative support and help with co-ordination of the deployment of IT Technology to the Ladbrokes Coral Retail Estate. You will predominantly work on our new retail EPOS system rollout project - 'Omnia'. 

You will facilitate the technical sign off for the Omnia rollout. This means checking IT network hardware / remotely working on Omnia systems and liaising with installers on site to understand issues arising and passing these on to the Omnia project team.

 

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all new and updated IT Technology systems implemented into the Retail Estate are completed in a timely and cost effective manner

  • Delivering the infrastructure and technology components required to facilitate a coherent, manageable and operationally supportable system, initiating corrective action where necessary.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders ensuring that sight of the overall goals are not lost

  • Provide effective support to internal customers

  • Managing project administration, progress and use of resources, providing clear, accurate and up to date information and schedules regarding company projects

  • Effectively and accurately communicating relevant project information to the business and project team, participating in meetings as required

  • Provide support with mentoring colleagues, training & familiarization – referencing best practices to the Retail Estate staff

  • To review, develop, maintain and update electronic company database systems and spreadsheets and producing documentation

  • Plus any other duties as reasonably requested by the Rollout & Commercial Team Leader and IT Finance Support Manager

  • A flexible approach to working hours (shifts are Sunday to Thursday, and start 05:30AM to 8.00AM)


We are looking for someone with the following:

●       Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and/or 365 Suite

●       Familiarity with Computer Applications such as Citrix, Cisco Meraki Dashboard, Microsoft SCCM.

●       Strong administrative and organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm

●       Working to deadlines in a fast pace environment

●       Must have high attention to detail

●       Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment and prioritize workload

●       Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new learning.

●       Must like technology as some parts of the role can be technical depending on project requirements

●       Effective communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills

●       Experience of working within matrixed organisation with instances of successfully influencing peers
