Role Purpose

We are an inquisitive bunch and endorse the culture of Test & Learn across all marketing functions. The CRO team provides the expertise and the knowhow on how to execute fair and measurable tests and co-ordinates to ensure there is no overlap.  

As a CRO Exec you will support the CRO managers in ideation, execution, measurement and socialisation of tests. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Ideation and Backlog Prioritisation 

  • Responsible for maintaining the backlog, take part in the prioritisation process, take meeting notes and actions and follow-up on those. 

  • Ensure all items considered for prioritization have been refined and are in the form of business cases to allow the business to make data led decisions. 

  • Participate in the planning of marketing activities  

  • Work with the research team to deliver key insight requirements do regular competitor analysis  

  • Organise and run ideation sessions with other business units (bottom -> up)  


Test Delivery & Measurement 

  • Brief in requirements to our Creative studio/UX/UI teams and manage those to delivery.  

  • Co-ordinate the delivery efforts of campaigns and act as the central point of orchestration and governance. 

  • Facilitate comprehensive UAT and stakeholder signoff of activities before they are put into production. 

  • Collaborate with BI and other stakeholders to create and optimise the audiences/segments that we target (on & off-site)  

  • Responsible for ensuring that all tests are entered into with a clear hypothesis, target KPIs have been identified and benchmarked, appropriate tracking has been deployed on all variants clearing the way for us to measure test performance with confidence. 



Conversion Monitoring & Support  

  • Regular monitoring of test activity and updating the disturbance map to ensure that activities do not overlap. 

  • Work with our Marketing teams to ensure our journeys are tracked properly end-to-end and that attributions get assigned to the right channels. 


Establish Test & Learn Culture 


  • Assist in the creation of insight / test reports and socialising of these with the rest of the business. 

  • Work closely with all operational teams relaying data and turning those into usable insights. 



Specialist Skills and Experience Required 

Must have: 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills. 

  • Detail focused but able to see the “big picture” and maintain progress, as well as multitasking capabilities 

  • Experience using Jira and/or similar software beneficial 

  • Good IT skills in browser, including strong experience of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation 

  • Good written and spoken English 


  • Previous experience working in Marketing teams  

  • Interested in Data Analysis beneficial 

  • Promotions/Marketing experience preferred 

  • Knowledge of gaming industry or passion for it  



  • Willing to learn new things and responds well to change
