In this role, you will build the customer journey from beginning to end for a growing bunch of countries. You will be working within the bwin Sportsbook team to define client conversion, retention and reactivation strategy in order to drive client engagement that increases de lifetime value of our customers.
No experience? We do not care! A big C.V. is great, but not the most important thing for us. We are looking for someone that is eager to prove themselves, has a passion for sports and is willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sports and customer behaviour based CRM campaigns and promotions.
- Be in charge and create customer touchpoints: Web, E-Mail, SMS, Direct Mail, Outbound, Push, Retargeting
- Ensure that promotions are relevant, attractive, consistent, result oriented and aligned with other areas of the business.
- Develop, monitor, evaluate and optimize campaign performances.
- Constant review of communications to ensure alignment
- Working with Marketing and CRM teams to ensure consistency with marketing efforts and best leverage of marketing material and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse competitor promotions.
- Operations and incident management for marketing campaigns.
Skills and Experience:
Essential
- English at a business proficient level
- Native German, French or Dutch/Flemish language
- University degree in marketing / communication / advertising or a related field
- Strong inter-departmental communication skills
- Passion for sports, football in particular, with excellent knowledge of local and international players, teams and leagues
- An interest in Sports betting
Desired:
- Strong knowledge of Sports betting and Games products
- Good understanding of the CRM tool landscape and first working experience
- Experience working in a CRM role
- Good copywriting skills and understanding of Marketing Communications
